Terms of Service
Please read the entire page to make things easier for both of us!
I do not claim to be a professional.
I will get your commissions done within the next 30~60 days.
A lot of other priorities take up most of my time as well as dealing with issues in my life almost everyone can relate to.
I'm sure a lot of us can also relate to general fatigue and maybe artist block as well!
Common terms.
Please be respectful and clear.
I do my best to be consistent and orderly but forgive me if I slip up now and again.
Provide as many references as you can manage including pose and positions if possible.
I reserve the right to decline your commission if:
You have been disrespectful to me or anyone I know.
You do not have permission to use another user's character. (Fan art of Big Titles are an obvious exclusion)
I simply feel uncomfortable with the idea or situation.
Payment.
At the moment I only use Paypal and their invoicing system.
Payment must be made upfront before I start on your commission. However, I am willing to work with a payment plan for you to pay per phase or progress on the drawing.
I will only refund based on, with my own judgment, how much of your commission I have not completed yet.
You will need to provide your email address (Preferably the one you use for paypal, if applicable) for invoices.
(If an error occurs I may use a different method, but generally invoicing will be the only way I accept payment)
If you request that an artwork does not get posted anywhere, I have the right to charge you extra for the loss in views.
The process.
As stated above your commission may be done within 30~60 days depending on how many orders I have taken and what category of art said orders are. While I wont be upset for checking in on me once or twice within that time frame, I do plead you refrain if possible.
You will be sent the Work in Progresses in fundamental phases. Sometimes I may skip "Draft Phase" if I feel your commission details were clear and precise enough.
Color Phase will normally be the final process. However, small edits after the fact may be allowed or if I have made an obvious error.
(If your reference and description wasn't clear or correct, you are not allowed to make changes without a fee. Please be careful!)
Our Rights.
I reserve rights to any and all commission artwork I have worked on.
This means I can choose when and where to post the artworks.
(Though of course I generally wont post things meant to be private)
You reserve rights to post your commission artwork anywhere
so long as I am credited and the signature remains on the drawing.
You may request that I keep you anonymous in my posts and queues.
I reserve the right to stop and reject a commission in the middle of process if I discover you did not have permission or if something in my life occurred that somehow prevents me from completing your artwork. A refund based on completion will be issued in either scenario.
You are not allowed to use line work you commission as a base/adoptable for reselling specifically.
(Free use is fine of course.)
